My gut-health journey began in 2016, when I first started noticing something wasn’t right. After almost every meal, I felt nausea, fatigue, bloating and a heaviness I couldn’t explain. Slowly, my symptoms became harder to ignore, and that’s when testing confirmed I had SIBO as well as an H. pylori infection
